Can't log in or add device
My log in information just disappeared one day and now I can no longer log in. When I put in my Tapulous user name and email, I get the following msg:
Username Taken - If you have registered this username with Tapulous before, you can add this device to your existing profile.
Then I have the options to cancel or add device. I select add device, which opens the web and says an email has been sent to me to add the device. I click the link in the email and get a page that says it's fixed. But when I return to the app, it takes me through the same loop. Unfortunately the new update did not fix the problem. Please help.

Inappropriate?I have this issue too. Everytime i go to play it makes me recreate my username, and after i use the same one 3 times then it starts to say its taken. Also after i create my account it won't let me edit my profile or anything.

I'm sorry you're having this issue. The fastest resolution is to complete your account through Tap Tap Revenge 2. In TTR2, go into options -> Online Profiles -> Tapulous Profile, and fill in your account info.
IF you have any issues with that, I'd be happy to help you out directly. To sort it out, I'd need your username, desired email, and device ID.
Here's what you do: Download the (free) app, "Ad Hoc Helper" to your device. Launch the app -- it will open an email with your device ID. Send that email to accounts@tapulous.com, and include your Tap Tap username.
Once I get the email, I'll associate your username, device, and the email address.
Also just to clear things up -- your track purchases are tied to your iTunes store account. So -- your purchases are not lost! As long as you use the same iTunes account, you can always redownload track packs -- free of charge. You will never be charged twice for the same thing.

Hey Ed, I tried the same ID auth with TTR2 but still no luck. This affliction happened to me yesterday, and while my Info accurately reflects my lvl 37, TTR3's home screen says lvl 1.
I've emailed accounts@tapulous.com my ID info from Ad Hoc as well as associated email addy, so hopefully if there's anything you could do... would be greatly appreciated.
Don't mind re-downloading it all again, think I might have had to do that before anyway due to circumstances mere stupidity :p
