Custom Songs??

That's really weird, I tried it with some short songs, and even a long-ish one and they worked fine, but when I tried it with a long song with over 1,800 taps, it didn't work. It looks like it's not writing enough information on half of the taptrack file and I don't know why. It probably has to do with tap and holds though, I'll look into it in a bit regardless. If you have tap studio, transfer the tap studio file to your desktop.
Use the .plist editor and open up any [song].tapd files you want to use.
Select all and copy the data you see on the screen.
Then go to http://mmspa.webs.com/TapStudioConver... and paste the data and click "done". Copy the new data and open up a word or notepad document, paste the data, and save it as "track.ttr2_track" without the quotations. Use any song file from TTR2/3 that you'd like to replace your new song with, and drag in the new "track.ttr2_track" file. Now, if you have the music file for the song you're using, change the extension to .m4a, and you can also add the new album artwork (saved as a 64x64 pixel .png file). And if you want, you can open up the "info" file and change the name of the song, artist, album, etc. And SSH the file into your Tap Tap Revenge 3 file > Documents > Tracks. ( Delete or Edit)

I don't think that should cause a problem, but if it still doesn't work you can email me the .tapd file you're using (38dividedby0@gmail.com) and I'll see if I can figure out what's causing the problem. ( Delete or Edit)

DrMonkey, did you go into the info.plist and make the Identifier on the bottom the same as your folder name without the ".track" ending? I did an 8 minute song with a lot of taps, and it worked just fine. ( Delete or Edit)

Oh, you do it like that? I make my own folders and make these songs in addition to the ones I already have. Not sure what you did wrong then.

You don't need one. Just make a folder and follow this format XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX.track It can be any letter/number. ( Delete or Edit)

The folder name doesn't have to be in the XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX format to work, it can be any name as long as it ends with ".track"

Also, haven't checked my email yet, but if you did send the .tapd file I'll look into that issue in a couple minutes. ( Delete or Edit)

I am not sure why you felt it necessary to share that you have the beta. You received it from someone that shouldn't have been giving it out in the first place.

For anyone else that has received a leaked version of Create2Tap please note the following:
This version is NOT a representation of the product WHATSOEVER. It is merely a proof of concept application. It is buggy and doesn't work efficiently, and simply for early testing purposes.

Tapulous's getsatisfaction website is not the place to discuss applications of this sort, and if anyone wants to beta test you will have to wait for the time to come when we are asking for beta testers.

I want to just make sure one thing is clear that we (jchaike and randomname) are not working against Tapulous, or with Tapulous. We do not want to cause any crossfire between us and Tapulous, so please keep topics like this off of here so we do not cause trouble.

Yeah, this happened to me to.
Any browser that isn't Internet Explorer DOES NOT WORK.
When I mean they don't work, I mean they either convert the wrong data or they crash. ;) ( Delete or Edit)
