Default theme in Tap Tap Revenge 3 is boring
The new default theme in Tap Tap Revenge 3 is very boring. You guys had it right in Tap Tap Dance and the beginning of Tap Tap Revenge 2, but themes in subsequent versions of Tap Tap Revenge 2 became less and less interesting for some reason. Even if most of the "track pack" themes are of somewhat worse quality, which they are now, could you guys at least consider making an interesting and higher quality default theme?

Inappropriate?meh it's 16x better than the beta version. The tap n holds look cool :) It reminds me of TTR1 except instead of blue its purple, excellent remake.
BUT The orbs dont look 100% high quality on my 3G iPod :/ I dunno why.. -

Inappropriate?If you've also noticed, the amount of lag has decreased with each subsequent new theme release; this is most likely because less memory is required to display less intense graphics, therefore resulting in less lag for especially 1st generation iPod touches and 3G iPhones.

This is the problem exactly. Tapulous is scaling down on new effects, which makes no sense at all. Devices aren't getting less powerful, are they? Tapulous should take advantage of the awesome graphics features and speed in newer devices like most other games are. My point is simply that I think that modern iDevices can handle more than a glowing background. I have no insight into the inner workings of Tap Tap Revenge and that's just an assumption, but it makes sense to me. -
Inappropriate?I don't think it's boring... but i do feel like the colours are a bit too "bright/loud" and relatively distracting.. I kinda liked ttr 2.6 default theme the best... especially the tap zone accuracy colour codes...
that being said, ttr3 still a better game overall!! -

Inappropriate?I'm sorry. If you are unhappy with the newer themes all you have to do is go to your local theme store. Make sure to look down the "extra laggy" isle ;)

Exactly, the theme in Tap Tap Dance was exactly as a theme should be. It was in tune with the beat of the music with a cool rhythm of its own at the same time, and it gracefully slows down at the end of the song. What happened to that theme?

Inappropriate?I love the default theme. I wish you could change the other themes back to the default if you wish, especially for foo fighters and LMFAO themes...
