Problem: Okay thats the problem, i had played like 11 online games, and 7 extreme songs (im not really sure of the quantity) anyways the thing that i was lvl 17 and with 21000 coins and then i go to sleep. Later when i come back in the another day i see that im back to lvl 11 with my 2130 coins :/
I’m frustrated :/

I was at lvl32 and about 900exp left to lvl33, and i had about 390000 Coins..(i spent all yesterday and today trying to get money to buy a guitar on avatar store) and then just now, i was delvled to lvl30 and lost about 60000 Coins to 330000 Coins... im not really concerned about Awards, i just want my lvl and especially my COINS back..

and im wondering but when i get award with 16000 coins, and i only get half the amount, 8000 coins, is it normal?? or like am i being scammed? lol
Im already back at lvl32... but i still want my coins back.

it's TOO LATE to fix now.. im already back at lvl33 and already have little over 390000.... well.... dont reverse me back to lvl32.. lol

I was a Level 29 with around 300000 coins in hand. When all of a sudden, when I open TTR3 this morning, I was back at Level 1 with 5000 coins. Aikes! My Awards and Online Ratings weren't affected though. I love this game so much and I hope Tapulous would fix this problem, as I've been saving up for quite some time to buy the guitar. You've done a really great job with TTR3 and I give high respect to this game, so please don't let this problem continue.

Inappropriate?What the fuck this game is ridiculous!! Peoliferator and qualified to serve goes away every day after i unlock them. I have screenshots of getting it too. Btw poor service tapulous this is 16 days in and everyone is still having problems. This is maybe my 10th post and I have not seen any progress. It makes the game seem pointless if i pay for it and it is full of bugs.

Inappropriate?Dude, chill out. You're not the only one having problems. There are millions of people having this problem and Tapulous is fixing it by hand. There are several posts with other people having problems and ed is getting to it as fast he can. So don't get worked up about it. I had to wait 5 days after repair to get my account fully restored.

I also very recently got that card that I won the Tenacious award aft playing 10songs and getting more than 1M pts, when I've actually already won this award ages ago.

The awards keep on disappearing on you? That's new. That never happened to me. The only thing that happened to me was that I suddenly recieved 400,070 coins. I spent it wisely.

Dude, you're really lucky. I wish that was my fate instead of losing my entire account to a dead iPod. 400,700 coin increase is a glitch from heaven!

Haha... funny thing about that. I've tried that. I didn't logout because my iPod touch kind of had a seizure and died (it shut off, started this creepy sequence after plugging it into my computer, Genius couldn't fix it) and I am not totally sure if I registered but the damned thing still recognizes my screen name. If it wasn't for that, I'd start over but I think there is a little hope.

After updating to TTR 3.0.1, I've finally gotten back my Levels and Coins. I don't know how it happened, but all I wanna say is Thanks a Million to you and your team back at Tapulous for helping out a little guy like me with my problem. Really appreciate whatever you guys done, from the creation of the game, to helping me out in this matter, you guys are just simply awesome!
