Double updates? Twitter VS Twinkle?

Sometimes Twinkle shows me my updates twice, only my updates, once with my Twitter profile pic and once with my Twinkle profile pic... (which is a diff pic, that's how I noticed), unfortunately I have not noticed a patern on when it happens exactly... it happens randomly it seems...

The weird thing about it is that it doesn't seem to be updating twice right away, but then when i log in a day or 2 later the posts are double.

We are aware of it but it is proving difficult to track. What % of the time is it happening for you?
