Downloading

When I attempt to download any song what so ever it gets anywhere from 15% to 70% complete and then fails to complete. I know it is not my internet because I've restarted everything after this happened the first time and it didn't help. The internet on my iPod is working just fine. Is it the tapulous servers or the Iphone OS 3.0
