Downloading problems

hello i am writing 2 let u know that some of us r still having problems downloading song i have purchased a few packs and i cant get them 2 download i followed yr instructions on itunes i turned off my bluetooth and my wi-fi but im still having the same problem i cant evin download the free tracks help plz as i love this game and would like 2 play the new songs i brought thx i look forward 2 yr responce
