I am a mother of small children who play this game, and I myself am a taptap junkie. But today I was online and I saw a very graphic picture of two men having sex account:(cameryn777). Apologies that you were exposed to this. We have removed that avatar icon, and it seems like this person already got banned and his posts deleted.
A few weeks ago, we instituted content moderation by moderators, and it seems we have been able to clean up the content on Twinkle a lot already.
The community is resistant, as are we, to become even more aggressive about content moderation, but of course avatars such as the one you reported are totally unacceptable, so we are continuing to think about how to balance the sense of freedom and community people enjoy, while providing a safe place for everyone.
