Ever since Tap Tap Revenge 2.5 came out, I haven't seen you guys playing online as much. When do you guys usually battle it out? I think I can catch up to you guys finally now lol

Inappropriate?I played a lot yesterday night. I couldn't hold on me due to those many changes. Especially the premium tracks import is just awesome. .. Actually I played too much last night. But mostly single player, for instance, to FC Gives You Hell ... but as I move-out next week, I cannot spend so much time playing currently.
BTW Before the update I was below rank 20 .. so probably you've passed me yet ;)
PS I wouldn't post such a question on this forum. Please use Twinkle instead .. you'll get a hold of most top players this way as well :)

I just FCed Heregoesnothin and barely lost to Kratos111 by like 1000 points. I have never done so good before. Maybe I am as good as you guys and couldn't show it until this new update lol -

maybe since October 2008 .. just TTD .. people from TTR just know since the discussion about quitting. That was the time when I started to play online. So February or so?!

Well, first I played with thumbs only. Then I started to play online and changed my grip to a slightly modified version of DX grip .. suddenly I increased my scores by far and could play most of the Extreme tracks. It's all about grip and a good sense of rhythm ... and practice of course.

That's cool. My very first time I ever played Tap Tap Revenge was on my friend's iPhone and for some reason, I pwned on Extreme on my very first try.
The reason I was so good when I first started was because I play on expert on Dance Dance Revolution, so I kind of got that coordination already there, you know what I mean? -
That Heregoesnothin game huh. Was that the game where I got the 14 points, even though Kratos had more points (and he lost 1 point :P)?

Inappropriate?Sadly, DX and Krohn won't be availible on online mode any more :( They have their own private online mode with the tapulous staff. Which is a dissapointment since I got them in my friend list

No we don't...what i meant in an earlier post was that during the 2.5 beta process, the testers could only play amongst themselves, but the field is now open for us to play everyone else.

Inappropriate?Well that was just while we were beta testing. All of the testers were restriced from playing online with everyone else. We mainly tested with the Tapulous staff a couple of times. I think they should be playing with everyone else now.....14 Comments Add a comment

Yeah it was just for 2.5 until it came out and now its out..I can play online now witheveryone else so I assume they can as well

Yeah everything is back to normal as far as I know, nothing was really out of the ordinary Tapulous just did not want to give us an unfair advantage in online play so we were excluded for a while..but its all normal now!

Yup I am around sometimes usually late at night before I go to bed I will play for a while. Nowhere near as good as a lot of people I had three stars though before the beta test so I was starting to gain some points.

Eastern Time usually on around 11 or 12 ET. I am pretty sure I played you a couple times...but I could be wrong

I am in the Eastern time zone too, and I play anytime throughout the day. But when I do play, I usually play for long periods of time, so you probably have a good chance of finding me. -
LOL I said late at night remember : ) So yes the evening I was just on last night it was fun I had missed it from testing!

Inappropriate?I haven't been playing too much online for various reasons, but mainly it's due to personal projects and because my extreme online room or krohn's won't be back until early this coming week. It's just more fun for me to play really fast, "impossible" songs rather than the likes of Heregoesnothing, 37 Stitches, Sugar Skulls, and the rest of the "extreme" songs that really belong in hard mode.
I'm not going anywhere though, I'm just a little busier, that's all :-)

Between those games with 44 people I never had a chance to see who's in the room or how I did, because the list didn't load before the next track starts ... and yes, I missed streak up to four times .. was really bad. .. But the second time I beat you although I missed once again. This time the list loaded but then I was kicked out of online play.

Umm who are you *haha*? What are your Scores? You on any of the Top 10 scores? What is your average hit percentage per song? Global Score? Those can show how good you are. -

how are you playing ttr 1? do you have 1.7? because that version (for some reason) is incredibly laggy on my ipod. I really wanna downgrade back to 1.6 :( I miss the dark theme

No, that is rating. Rating is how good you are. It is supposed to increase. The greater the number, the better it is. It is equivalent to the global score we used to get in previous versions.

No rank is like if you are number one, you are best in the world. It's like being in 1st place. Rating increases as you get better. The higher the number, the more people recognize you as a top player. I am at 2115 on my rating. A rating is how good you are, personally. Rank is how good you are publicly. Get it?

ppl's got their own opinions..let them have their say. Its actually worse for me too. I had no problems with hitting perfectly(I had top scores lol) but now the crashes and lagging is just nuts. and I liked the pink..it was soothing. now looks sci-fi and geekish(in my opinion=P)
