Inappropriate?We are currently unsure, but the only way we think is possible is to re-install TTR3.

ugh, umm..... Thanks for letting us know.
The only other possibility is to re-format your device and install it again... Otherwise you can try Turning off Location Services, turning it on then restarting and see if that works.
If it doesn't then you will need to wait until TTR3.1 comes out in a week or 2.
