Improve the nearby feature

I live in Sweden, Europe. Not many people here use twinkle, so when I set the nearby to the furthest (1000 km) I get most of Europe, but not italy, spain and those countries. Please allow me to see them without selecting Everywhere - where I get all the US people aswell!
