iTunes Library funcition
I was wondering if tapulous is ever gonna make a iTunes library function letting you play songs from your music list on the iPod touch for tap tap revenge

Inappropriate?I was talking to Louie about this the other day and he said that the SDK does not allow access to the ipod library. So I doubt it.

Inappropriate?You know its not up to Tapulous to use the iTunes library stored on your iPod/iPhone. Its up to apple. They are the ones that control what API's you can use and what you can access. The older version of TapTap (TTR) was a homebrew app that worked that way. When NateTrue sold the app to Tapulous and they made it a 100% legit app that's when it lost all this functionality.

Thank you. I am getting tired of this repeatedly being stated when tapulous has absolutely no control over it. As jp has stated go bug apple.

Then release the original version for 2.x through Cydia, and leave the App Store version as is.

That would probably violate a contract of some sort. It is almost guaranteed apple would find out since ttr was rated the #1 app store game of 2008. Also this company is trying get and maintain a good image to bring in new employees and future business meaning they try to follow the rules of agreements. Maybe if you want the ability to use your own songs then you should play the old version of the game where that feature was offered.

Inappropriate?What about having an upload program from your computer to upload select song files and then either make your own beats with it or use the idea of the original tap tap and connect to an online database of them? That could be a workaround..
