Maps, Pindrop your nearby friends on Maps.
So I love Twinkle and the nearby feature. But what would be awesome is if you could add pin drops for people near you in the Maps App.

Inappropriate?I think this idea is cool in a way but makes me shudder with the multitude of privacy issues that it could entail.
Personally I would turn this feature off. I don't mind seeing tweets from people near me, but seeing where they are actually standing (and, therefore, them seeing where I'm standing) doesn't seem fun, it seems creepy.
