Missing tweets in home tab
It seems like twinkle is only grabbing a certain amount of latest tweets and tag them on to the top of the home list of tweets.
As you can see in the photo there is a huge gap between tweets 3 hours ago and 12 hours ago. A quick check on twitter or hahlo shows that there were actually loads of tweets in between.

Inappropriate?I believe the issue is that "Follow" isn't working, also a problem with missing tweete in "Message" tab -
Inappropriate?Right now Twinkle only gets the last twenty messages from Twitter (this is the maximum Twitter allows us to have when we refresh), so the large gap between 12 hours and 3 hours is because we literally can't grab the in-between hours :( -
Inappropriate?But when they just continue like that it looks like there were no tweets during that time (and there is no way of knowing either), wouldn't it be better if it gave you the option to load more tweets like the "older" link on twitter does, or hahlo's "Show 20 more tweets" ? -

Twitterrific, Tweetie, Twitterfon, etc shows up previous tweets that have been already seen before closing the app.
This is certainly not caused by Twitter's own API.
I've checked the latest release (version 1.4), and sadly, the problem is still there.
I’m frustrated because the problem is still not fixed.

Also, I forgot to mention, besides the last 20 tweets that appears when you launch the app, there are missing tweets in the timeline, even when you let the app open (and refresh).
For example, if my Twitter friend X tweets 3 or 4 times, Twinkle will only fetch 2 or 3 tweets. I've always experienced this, even from the first release of Twinkle.
It's no big deal, just a few adjustements to make.
I love Twinkle, as it is a really great Twitter client with very effective near-by features, wrapped in the most beautiful UI of Twitter client on the iPhone. Good luck!
