Quit your griping already! They thought they had it ready to go, so they held the contest. Then they discovered a big problem with it, and have to go about fixing it so they don't do any harm to one of our devices. This is NOT the only app they have, and I'm sure they're very busy. Posting in here about how you're super disappointed every hour that you don't get the beta isn't going to speed things up.
Just chill, when it's ready, they'll let us know. Patience is a virtue.

I really appreciate all your patience in this matter. As you already know, we've been having issues getting the beta to work on your provisioned devices. We have the build completed but can't get it to install on provisioned devices. I suppose I jumped the gun by announcing this contest before we were sure it would work - so in the chance that we don't get it to you before the official release, we'll have to figure out something else for you guys. I haven't given up yet - I'm trying more options at this very moment. -

LOL OK thanks everyone for their concern about publicly sharing the beta link.
Strictly speaking, anybody who isn't in the beta crew won't be able to install this on their devices because their device IDs aren't authorized -- this is all part of the elaborate system Apple has put in place for provisioning phones for beta testing.
We don't condone hacking your phone to try and get it on an unauthorized device. We don't support hacked devices. -

- I have opened Itunes and dragt it into the App section...
- Now it is asking: Do you want to replace it? click yes...

Inappropriate?The beta is really cool. There is now a note counter at the top that shows you how many notes you have hit in a row and the multilayer you currently have. There is now music volume. Just because the files are public doesn't mean everyone can install the beta. Your specific device must be given permission, which is what we've done with the beta crew

Inappropriate?No I'm not a beta tester but I'm just taking advantage of a great opportunity! I wasn't able to get the beta working by just adding it to iTunes (it wouldn't sync). I had to ssh into the ipod and switch permissions around. So not everybody will be able to just download it and install. They need to know what to do. Fortunately I am one who knows what he is doing.
