I was sort of kidding, lol. I don't like the old look much because of the pressure it exerts on the hardware causing lag. But you do have a point, and it would be nice to be able to switch themes, especially when a more advanced iPhone is released.

Yeah I heard that an iPhone 4G or iPhone LTE or iPhone LiTE is coming with iPhone OS 3.0.

Inappropriate?nah all my stuff is legit and comes from other zibri (the best jailbreaker of all time) or someone similar but personally i would use my site it is a little outdated and may not have the stuff you want tell me what you want to do and i could proabably help you out better

Wait! The jailbreaking software is not the same for everybody? There's many different jailbreaking softwares? (I know nothing about jailbreaks except for the background my friends have on their home pages and weird icons for apps on their iPhones and iPod touches :P lol)

I have an 8 gig, 1st gen, 2.2.1 ipod touch. By now, I have the feeling that I can never jailbreak my ipod touch. QuickPwn doesn't seem to work with anything above 2g. Do you have anything to say on the contrary that may help me? -

Inappropriate?I REALLY like the feedback we get with the new graphics theme, especially how the tap target turns red when you miss (or almost miss?). I guess I was "hitting" the arrows WAY early but getting away with it most of the time before.
I don't like the blurry tappers in Revenge mode & the stuttering tap-n-hold trail graphic. Really fast strings of tappers look like lines! In fact, at first, I simply held the tapper on these wondering what the heck they were! It wasn't until I played a song I was familiar with that I realized it was a bunch of tappers in a row!
I prefer the clarity & high contrast of the previous version in Revenge mode, but I much prefer the performance/accuracy feedback in 2.5. Maybe 2.6 will give us both or an option?
One option I'd really like to see is to be able to move the tap targets up higher on the display for those of us with giant hands! -
Inappropriate?Change is strange. But we get used to it. Not only can you see when you missed you can see when you hit it perfectly. This is awesome. The improvements way outweigh the problems!

I have to say I like the side bars. Nothing flashes in the middle any more, and if you don't want to know how your streak or multiplier is, don't look.

I wonder what the really thin blue bar to the right of the bar representing your streak means though. Does that have to do with high scores?

It's the same as the old one's streak bars, just vertical now. The second bar is whatever your previously highest streak was (whether it's higher than your current or not). The main bar is what your streak is relative to your previous high. If your current streak is lower than it was, you'll see the main bar grow slowly. If it's higher, you'll see the second shrink. When you mess up on your highest streak, it automatically becomes your second bar (jumps to the top while the main jumps to 0)

Inappropriate?I actually prefer the previous (pink with black tappers in Revenge) theme by far but, despite the remaining issues, prefer this version performance-wise. I feel like a have a chance at songs I didn't before (especially those with long strings of tappers).
The only thing I like about the new theme is the tap targets & maybe the top of the display area. Could do without the side bars in the new theme but don't care too much about that. Overall it reminds me of Star Wars in a cheesy sort of way. On the other hand, I didn't like the brightness of the animated background theme in the old version at times (3x?). It was pretty cool from a graphics standpoint, but too distracting.
I'm still not able to match my scores from the prior version by quite a bit for some reason, but I think it's just me (except for the dang wifi & oddball dropped sphere issues).1 Comment Add a comment

I would love it if they made the spheres black with white borders again, rather than just making the colours blurrier. tell me do you have iPhone or an iPod Touch 1G? Because if you do there's nothing you can do about it. It'll just appear as 2D flat rings. I got iPhone 3G and I'm in the same boat while my bro has iPod Touch 2G and his rings appear 3D. iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 3G won't have these problems as they have better processors whilst iPhone 3G and below and iPod touch 1G don't

The Taps and the theme was better for my point of view) As you said Tapulous should add a option to the game so that we can choose the theme 1. New Theme (2.5) Old Theme (2.1) . Hope they make a patch for it.
