Does Twinkle broadcast my tweets? I noticed that sometimes random people respond to my tweets. In twitter I have my privacy set high, I only want people I approve to see what I say and where I am! But in twinkle it seems that in the nearby timeline anyone with twinkle can see what I'm saying. Is there a way to change this?
