Problems For July 24, 2008 - Combined

Ok I wanted to combine about 4 different posts into one to make it easier for Tapulous Employees later. (Yes I know this wasn't needed but I was getting tired responding to 7 different topics lol! that all said the same thing)

Current Known Problems:

-Major (Unplayable) Lag on Online Servers
-Online Server ranks not changing
-Submitted scores not going through
-Friends list challenges not working/not going through
-Online server rooms gone
-News Areas have been updated but removed old content
-Tapulous Points lost by some players (top 50 mainly it seems ATM) - Names of certain people are in original topics.

Level back down
Why did I lost 4 levels, I was level 43 and I returned to level 39 with 75 000 points.
Can somebody answer me. I spend hours for those points... GGGRRR (whitehell)

Online rating doesn't change? D:
I've noticed that battles and ttr2 online have been down recently (lulz at regggaaann's challenge). I know that online is working now, sorta. I've seen a lot of messages on twinkle from players complaining about no rating changes(increases/decreases) and I've experienced it myself. I played several games on extreme online and despite coming in first, my rating (2459) didn't change at all. The same goes for everyone else in the room. I'm not really affected by this, but there are others who take it very seriously (if not too much) and would liked this change. I'm content with just playing one player atm =P

I'm sure Tapulous employees are looking into this problem, but I just wanted to put this out there amd see if everyone else is affected. (Tapulous is ftw XD )

Are the Tapulous servers down?? Can't connect
It is now 14:36 and I haven't been able to play online for a good few hours. I can get the news feed and able to check my profile and things like that but I am not able to play online..

Sometimes is will go to the rooms but not show any or it says it cannot connect

Leaderboards not accepting scores.
I've submitted 3 high scores & they were never posted to the Leaderboard in the past 24 hours or so. It appeared to be accepted, but the Leaderboard shows one of my older (lower) scores instead of the new higher score.

Losing points on Tapulous Points
There are a big problem on Tapulous Points. Our score on Leaderboard and our Points with the level are different! I ever lose 10.000 points because on the leaderboard, i had 163.000 points and on top, i had 153.000 points, so the 2 scores has been equal and i lost 10.000 points.

This morning, it was similar, i had 169.700 points on the leaderboard and on the top, my score stayed at 165.000 points even thought i played... Now i lost 5.000 points because the score on leaderboard is same at the other score =/

So guys respond here.... was just trying to make life easier for everyone and to show that yes it has been said already :P
