Question about submitting fortunes for fortune cookie app

I just had a question about the Fortune Cookie app from Tapulous. Does Tapulous actually check each suggestion for the fortune cookie app or are all suggestions automatically placed in the app. I was just wondering because I let my cousin use the app thinking that he wouldn't do anything wrong and he put an extrememly vulgar fortune out their. I just want to make sure that no one is able to see it and becomes offended. I emailed tapulous yesterday about it and have yet to get a reply. I'd appreciate an answer from anyone. Thanks.
