It would be really cool if in tap tap, you could make your own server for friends to join so that you can pick the songs you play and there wouldn't be a risk of someone invading your competition.

Why not? If people still want it, and it isn't implemented, shouldn't we make them know that there are more people who wants it?
IMO it is better to keep the discussion in one thread instead of creating a bunch of threads saying the same thing. -
