Scores doesn't submit

I have a little problem with the score submition.

And I belive that is not my Internet conection. When I try to submits my score I push yes and then when I see the weld leaderboards I am In place 0 when I should be in 9 in clocks, same as the dave mathews band tap tap, and every single tap tap
My iPod is slow and I dunno why but I have already restart it like 5 times but I don't beliv it's the iPod or wifi conection
