Inappropriate?Are you going to be implementing any updates fir twinkle anytime soon? The picture feature is still kinda buggy and maybe a different method of locating people like a zipcode entry box or something?2 Comments

Inappropriate?The server outage cause certain part of my stats to be updated(# of Followers) and other parts to be rolled back to previous conditions(Awards was at 82 but its now back at 69 which was the tally from some three days ago). Can Tapulous help me restore the stats or is the info lost for good???1 Comment Add a comment

I also believe the Followers and Friends count was from 3 days ago as well since they haven't updated the Follower count for a while, since October 15th.

Hi Ed, user name is ''AllanD''. My award went from 82 to 69. I retook two of them so its now at 71. It would be hard for me to say which exact award I achieved, I was hoping you could chk. If anything I could tell you a few I remember for sure. The Social stats is also off up but dont know how that could be fixed. I lost some coins, mainly from the award rollback. Dont know the exact amount. My Lvl seems to be ok.

Username: Cfriedrich924, I lost none of my levels or coins, But i had finished ALL the Smackdown, Proliferator, Slogger and Challenge King awards and I lost all of them. I also lost HUGE progress on my Commuter IV (i was like 5 songs away!) and Daily Vitamins-III and i had unlocked Elite Streaker-1 on Gotcha. I had Podium Place 1&2 unlocked and Rumble-I And for some reason qualified to serve and team tapper got relocked, so idk how to unlock those again. OH and just like HouseofAz I have screenshots taken of all my awards that i unlocked and then lost because of server.

Inappropriate?I'm more concerned about losing the progress I made last night while offline than the progress made over the past few days, since I did a lot more playing since the servers were down...if I check and find a significant rollback on my stats I don't want to apply the offline points/coins to it only to have it vanish when my progress is restored. I'm fairly certain that I'll be safe as long as I don't play any tracks while online, but just in case... thebitingcat: Level 45, 2767 exp to 46, 136784 coins, before logging on to check the carnage. I'll update with change or delete with no change.
And after: Level 40, 1740 exp to 41, 169801 coins.
I’m pissed. First my Sidekick, now TTR...what is it with Palo Alto companies losing my data?

Well it's not fair. We actually paid for the app and it took 24 hours so we could play again (unless we want our progress to only save temporarily, only to be reverted later. We should have some kind of compensation.
