Stuttering/Bogging after upgrade to 3.0

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.0 and both my Tap Tap Revenge 2 and DMB Tap are bogging as the balls drop. About every 6-10 balls seem to stutter a bit. Anyone else reporting this problem??? Please help.
