Switching to iPhone.

i recently purchased an iphone and have tried plenty of times to switch my tapulous profile over to it on tap tap. whenever i finish a game, and i go to submit my score, it says i need a tapulous profile, so i put my old username and email in, and it says that it sent an email, i never received the email from all the times i've done this.

please help ?
