3.1.1 is only available for the iTouch, not phones. Who knows if they are really the same anyway. My guess is there is some significant difference, probably related to phone-specific hardware at the very least, otherwise they would have released it for the 3GS as well. A wild guess is that 3.1.1 for the phones includes something for the MMS or SMS or whatever that photo texting crap is.

Lol 3.1 is the software out for the iphone. i know that 3.1.1 is only available for the itouch :P And yes, or else the iphone wouldn't really be an "iPhone" without some significant differnce to the itouch or else the only point of having it instead of the itouch is the calling feature...and the camera xD I agree, it's prolly SMS related. :P

Inappropriate?I sure hope TTR3 has an option to move the tap targets up so people with bigger hands can play better too! The targets are so low right now that my thumbs are turned in so much that they cramp on any long strings of fast taps.
It's funny watching the videos of people play with their thumbs almost straight because their hands are so small! It's so much easier to tap with your thumbs straighter & relaxed. -

Inappropriate?Ok this morning is now tomorrow... :D Any idea what release time may be, either EST or something else. Flame123888, see anything yet on your side of the pond? I thing you're, what, something like 13 hours ahead of EST or something like that?
I know everything that gets announced by Apple in Cupertino and San Fran always takes a few hours to get to us because it's 3 hours behind or something. All I'm tapping right now are my black chicklet keys and wood desk-ness around my MBP :p
Maybe while we wait, we can do what Tapulous suggests and go out and grab some mini water bottles for our thumbs to avoid cramping..

We have NO official word from Tapulous that the release date has changed. I think it's still very possible we can see TTR3 today, and that's all I think we should think unless we hear otherwise.

Inappropriate?You know, this is one of the things that annoys me about tapulous and their employees.... As Xanadeath says.... "we have NO official word".
Now whether its delayed or not, someone from the company should at least post something as they would have known for a couple of days if its going to be.
They hype MILLIONS of people up by saying official launch party, and thats it. NO WORD from them at all. the least they could do is confirm or deny instead of leaving everyone hanging. That is soooooooo not cool when TTR3 downloads are gonna go well up through the roof.
Just my opinion....

Inappropriate?It's looking bad guys. According to this article (found first by "Tom" in the Tapulous blog comments),Tapulous CEO Bart Decrem said that the app is still in review. The article even says that TTR3 "is set to launch sometime next month." Unless they are confusing TTR3 with Riddim Ribbon, things are looking bad.

I't almost sounds like they're assuming it's going to be coming out next month because it's in review. Until I hear someone from Tapulous tell us it's really not going to be coming out today I am going to continue believing it's coming out today.
