Tap Tap Revenge 3 won't save my profile to my iPhone 3GS
Tap Tap Revenge 3 won't save my profile to my iPhone 3GS. Every time I re-open the app, it asks me to create a new profile. How do I gain access to my first profile if it never asked me for an e-mail address? Please contact me. I want to keep my profile name I created, but your app f'd me over.

Not jailbroken. I did have TTR and TTR2 installed, but I didn't create a profile with either. I created tapchamp and you should have my e-mail -

Then it doesn't matter :P
It's the Unique Indetifier which Tap Tap Revenge uses for logging into your account. If you could find out the code of another user (40 numbers and letters) then you could just insert them in the UDID faker and login through that.
But it's not necessary to know :P -

Inappropriate?I have this exact same problem. I even downloaded and paid for new songs. It said I paid and the songs were not added to my account. I closed the game thinking that maybe it needed a refresh of some sorts, but when it started up it had the create a new account intro screen again and now my original account name is taken and no email I enter is associated with that account. I want my original account name and my purchased music otherwise I'm asking for a refund from apple. My account name is JarethLegend.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry. I just noticed my autocorrect removed digits from the screenname. The screen name I created was tapchamp23. I also created tapchamptwenty3. Can you PLEASE fix this? Neither have an email attached. I don't want to create another username. It's not been over 24 hours. I'm dying here.
I start the app, it asks to choose a username and avatar. I do. If I click the avatar or go to the options screen, the spinning loading bar stays there forever. Nothing ever loads. If I exit the app and restart it, I go through the same process. I've removed ttr and ttr2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled ttr3. Same thing.
HELP. Sometime before next week. A reply or some questions would be nice. Maybe you need my backup data or some crap or it's a fix on your end. Either way, please attach my e-mail to those usernames so I can still use them. Do you need my udid as that person above said you use? Where do I find that and email it.

Inappropriate?I tried to create another account. This time I used tapchamp32 and it stuck, as well it lets me see options to add an e-mail (no infinite loading banner). Uninstalling the app and re-installing it on my 3gs still keeps the profile attached to the iphone.
My issue is that I want to use my original screen name I made. tapchamp23
Please fix this and let me know what I need to do. Not to mention I had 20,000 coins under tapchamp23 and now only have 5,000 under tapchamp32.

It looks like you guys created an account in the few minutes when we had a server hiccup. I've located your accounts, but they do not have device ID (or emails, as you mentioned) attached.
So -- here's what I can do:
1. I can reset your account. This will erase your points, friends, and level history across our apps. IF you want this - I'd be more than happy to give you a substantial bonus...
2. You can send me your device ID. Do this by downloading a (free) app called Ad Hoc Helper from the app store. Send that email to ed@tapulous.com, include your username and I'll fix it for you. Please also let me know other usernames you have created so I can clean those up as well.
NOTE: IF you purchased songs on any account, you can always download them again for free -- as long as you use the same iTunes account. You will never be charged twice for the same tracks.
Sorry again for the problems guys... Let me know what you want to do.

Inappropriate?Ok wait. I dug a little deeper and this is now resolved server-side. The easiest fix is this:
Create a new account, it can be anything (ex. asldfjlasdjf). Let me know your old account username, and I'll change it back.
delt23 -- Since you already did this -- I set your account to tapchamp23, and credited your account a bunch of coins and points.

I need the usernames "suznsly" and "sxdx7" reset, please. I never was able to edit the profiles for either of these. It just acts like the page is loading and, like these other users, it tells me my usernames are taken when I try to go back in. HELP!!! My 7 year old is driving me nuts!!!!!

Inappropriate?This problem is not resolved. I downloaded TTR3 on 28 Oct and can not enter an email to any profile I've made. First profile was "monkeysee", now I'm on "monkeydoo", and next time I turn it on to play I'll have to create another username. The edit profile feature just sits in perpetual loading.

It has completely deleted my profile 4 times now. i tried downloading the Ad Hoc helper app and emailing ed@tapulous about the problem 3 days ago and still have no help. Its frustrating getting items that were alot of coins then going to log on the next day to find your whole profile gone. PLEASE HELP!

Inappropriate?I've just figured out how to do it & its worked for me. you need to delete your email account from you ipod/iphone device. Then when you go back onto the game it'll ask you to type you username, it'll obv say username taken but underneath that it should also have, is this you or something along those lines, then all you do it type in your email as confirmation. Hopefully then you can restore purchased tracks but not the free ones which is a pain so you have to re-load them yourself. hope this helps

I created a profile (FeverSK) in TTR3 and it wasn't saved on my iPhone for some reason, and there were no e-mail address connected with it, so it's lost now. Now I created a new profile (Feverman), but I would be very glad if you could delete that lost profile - FeverSK - and rename my current one (Feverman) to that name, if that's possible. It's only an issue about a name, nothing about progress. Thanks.
