Track Read Error
I downloaded the hinder track pack thinking they both downloaded correctly. the song better than me downloaded good but the song lips of an angel doesnt work. it said it had a problem reading the audio file. it reccomended that i delete the track and re download it which i did 4 times but still no luck.

Inappropriate?Hi folks -- Albert007, if you've deleted the track and tried again, then yes... it's more likely a problem on our servers, with that file.
I'll report both tracks to the guy who maintains these files, and we'll see if something's wrong with them on our end....1 Comment Add a comment

Inappropriate?We've fixed the two tracks I originally reported to our server guy -- the ones from Hinder and Queens of the Stone Age.

Inappropriate?Morgan Page - Fight for You is acting up as well... Got this same error...
That track pack is really resistant :P You fix one thing, then something else goes wrong -_-
At least the other song from the Morgan Page track pack is working fine...
And yes, I did try deleting it and then trying the restore purchased tracks from the options menu.

Unlike you both of the songs do not work on my device (iPhone 3G, 3.1, not jailbroken).

I recently redownloaded the song, and now it works. Try a new download of it now and see if it works out for you as well.

Inappropriate?Even though I don't have any of these problems, I love how the employees get right down to it with the customer. Like they are telling us what their doing to try and fix the problem and not just blowing us off. Most companies you send an email to and never get a response or they reply with some automated crap about it. Not Tapulous though! She tells us that she is reporting it to their server guy, and thats great. Thanks for the support Tapulous!!!!!! p.s. I think you guys deserve to win the contest for 2009's best game developer, good luck!
