TTR3 Server Crash Demoted Me

Yesterday, I was playing TTR3 when i sent a song that i finished. it says i leveled up to lvl 19. when i returned to the home screen i found i was demoted to lvl 17 even though it says in the news that i leveled to 19.

You can see in the news thing at the top that i did level up but im at lvl 17. I also lost 5,000 coins after this happened. The online games, awards, profile, and store didnt work so i quit. The next day (today), everything back online except my profile didnt change. im still on lvl 17. If tapulous could compensate me, that would be great.
