Tweetsville crashes and does not update tweets / Refund request
I purchased Tweetsville on 6/27/09. For four days, I have been disappointed in its inability to perform the essential task of retrieving tweets. Today, July 1, Tweetsville crashes on launch. I would like to know the process of receiving a refund.

Since the twitpocalypse many Twitter clients including Tweetsville have malfunctioned. An update has been submitted to Apple for review and should be available soon (fingers crossed). Hang in there, it's coming...
