Twinkle won't block user

I had the same problem. This guy from Guatemala had an inappropriate profile image and kept posting his nude pics over and over. I blocked him and reported him, but when I would refresh it would unblock him.

I'm having the same issue. Nearby search of 100 miles and this same idiot by the name of "prettyboy720" keeps posting pictures of his penis and it's ridiculous and obscene. I block him, and it will block his pings within that session, however once I leave Twinkle and re-launch it later, he's back again. I have to block him every time, it's pretty annoying.

Same here. Got a user in Slough showing up within 25 miles of me, every time I block him as soon as I refresh he's back

However, it looks like that might have caused another error!

Now, when searching nearby, if I choose a target range (lets say 25 miles for example) that would normally have included my blocked user I get "an error occured while refreshing".

To go into further detail....

The user I am blocking is 11 miles away from me, so if I choose 5 or 10 miles it works fine.

If I choose 25 miles I get the error

If I choose 50 miles I don't get the error, I assume that this is because there are so many users filling the 50 miles search that my blocked user wouldn't appear?

Be good to have a fix for this too!!

I am having the same problem. The blocks I have placed on someone who sent me an unsolicited private message does not stick. The message keeps showing up whenever I start Twinkle.

I've still got the problem. If I block a user and he shows up in my nearby search then I get "an error occured while refreshing".

Now, as I can't see the user, search for the user or unblock him it has completely broken the nearby search for me unless I am in a completely different area.

I hope this gets fixed soon, in the meantime I'll have to move to another app unfortunately, and seeing the amount of posts on Twitter (doing a "Twinkle" search) where people are saying "Twinkle is broken again" makes me wonder if we've all got the same problem.

Hope you guys can get it fixed soon as it looks like loads of people are dumping Twinkle because of it's unreliability

Some guy is threating and some guy is sexually harassing me... It won't block! Please help soon! I'm a little paranoid. By sexually harassing I mean he calls me babyboy or says sexual things.

yeah i've got "drcute" from nearby 10mi asking me for my number repeatedly, i've blocked him numerous times, and yet every time i log in he's unblocked and there's another message. i love twinkle but this seriously sucks and i might just go back to gross looking twitterriffic. help! please! i'm also sending the tapulous username of "drcute" to ed@tapulous.com because this seriously sucks.

when I try to block an inappropriate tapulous user: jasonngo , i tap his remark, then tap "view profile", then tap "block", it says "updating..." and then gives the "unblock" and "report user" options. I return to my home page and when i come back to twinkle or my messages his remarks are still there, it even adds him as a friend instead of blocking him... Please fix this feature so I can ban this inappropriate user and get back to loving my twitter via twinkle!

in home tab, block doesn't work. and follow him in home. next, goto friends tab and find him in list, stop following and block him. work fine in my case.
