Twitter accounts should be required

I think Twitter accounts should be required to use Twinkle.

Anecdotal, every weirdo nearby me has been a non-twitter user who was likely attracted to the service from the App Store description, which leads you to think that Twinkle might be a location based dating service.

Also, a requiring Twitter accounts would make the twinkle work better for people like me who use desktop twitter apps as well and probably make blocking easier to implement for the twinkle team.
