Why can't I play fall out boy online?

I i've purchased the fall out boy track pack for tap tap revenge 3 and have played them all, however I am unable to play it online, it tells me the room is locked. Yet my blink 182 one works fine. Any ideas that don't involve me having to pay for something again??
