Will the server issues be 100% resolved soon?

I can once again download tracks and chat, but I am having so many issues submitting my scores. I am a bit upset right now, because I should be #2 on the leaderboards for 1,000,000 by NIN, but I cannot submit my score to the leaderboards for some reason. When I try to view the global leaderboards for that song, it either shows that I am in 0th place, or uses my old score that puts me in 7th place.

Just wondering if all the issues are going to be resolved soon. :-)
