"Picture" input and output on REST connector

I could see a lot of uses for "Picture" input and output on the REST connector. The first thing I would do with this feature would be write some PHP to accept the Tarpipe REST connection's picture add EXIF data for geoTagging (from another Tarpipe source) and then output the image back to the workflow to be sent to Flickr and Evernote.. but I'm sure others could think up some good uses too!
