Bit.ly module chops off GET arguments

Passing a URL to the bit.ly module with GET arguments chops off everything after the first equals.

eg pass in this url from an email:

http://googlesightseeing.com/maps?p=&...

and the resulting bit.ly URL resolves to:

http://googlesightseeing.com/maps?p=

(The TinyURL module works as expected)
