Tagging images posted to Flickr via email.
I posted an image to Flickr using the email connector, but didn't see the expected tags attached to the image.
There were some tags added to the Flickr post, specifically "sent", "from" and "iPhone". When I emailed the image, I had added tags at the top, "above" the image in the email, and chosen the body of the email to be used as Flickr tags in the connector.
What I think happened is that my automatic iPhone email signature ("Sent from iPhone") was interpreted as the body of the message, maybe because it was "underneath" the image in the email.
Would this be a correct assumption?

Hello ocean,
Thanks for your question.
We've been analyzing mobile originated e-mail messages and some cell-phones add their own text to the message body.
What happens if you try to use the body as flickr tags in those cases is that the phone automatic signature is also interpreted as tags.
If possible, and to achieve better results, please try to remove the signature and add the space-separated tags at the bottom of the message.
Please let us know if this suggestion helps you.

It makes sense to just delete the signature, but what about when there is an email disclaimer that doesn't come from the email client, but from a mail filter on the way out. Is there a way to add "#end" to an email that would tell tarpipe to not process anything after that tag? This would be a big help! -
Inappropriate?Hi Bruno,
It definitely does work better if I delete the auto-signature and then put the tags in the body at the bottom of the email message.
Thanks, great service, keep adding things! :-)
