Where is the help documentation?
Someone needs to put together a simple help for users. There is a post here posted June 2008 "We'll be adding help in our Blog" - and almost 10 months later - still no help.
Not all of us are developer types, a simple to understand guide please. Granted many of the pipes are easy to understand (like tinyurl) - but need help with "RestDecoder", "TextFormatter" etc.
This seems be interesting - But how does this work? (http://blog.tarpipe.com/2008/07/01/us...) - its sounds great... but is it officially supported by tarpipe or does it depend on the guy who runs simplicidade.org?
If the app needs to be adopted in a serious way - please spend a couple of hours putting together a barebones help or even a wiki.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the feedback ram,
Answering your first question: the only topic I recall about help is one from 3 months ago about a contextual help and new user interface that's still being built (http://getsatisfaction.com/tarpipe/to...).
Nevertheless, you can find a good how-to at http://webcracy.org/products/quick-ho...
Also, our recent "tarpipe of the week" series of posts can give you a good idea of how to use most of the connectors. Please see http://blog.tarpipe.com/category/tuto...
If you prefer to watch some videos, please take a look at http://blog.tarpipe.com/category/scre...
The help system is taking shape, but it's taking longer than we expected. We do apologize for that and thank you for your patience.
Now, your second question: currently, the instant messaging feature is not officially supported by tarpipe. Again, an official implementation of this feature is on our roadmap but we prefer to not advance any dates at this moment.
You're absolutely right about your last comment and we're taking it very seriously. It's just taking longer than expected as many other issues are also being developed and launched in the meanwhile.
Again, thanks for your great feedback and I hope this answers your questions.
