videobox keeps crashing

Ever since the latest 2 updates to Videobox I have not been able to convert any flv to Quicktime. The program either crashes or I get an error on completion.

I’m frustrated

Hello Andy,

OK.. first, sorry for the trouble... can you confirm which version you are using ? Also, can you let me know the URL you are attempting to grab a video from ?

The reason we had released a follow up version was that the 2.8 version had a small bug - precisely with converting FLV to quicktime... but that should be fixed in 2.8.1
