Contact Importer
i added contacts through the contact importer, and put them in a subgroup, but when i go to message that subgroup, it does not show that anymore people have been added. why could this be?

Most likely our system was just taking a little extra longer to import those contacts. Are the contacts there now? If not, please email support@tatango.com and they can look into your specific case.
