I really dislike the change you made to your free package. I would've appreciated some sort of notice of the change, especially considering how big of a change it was. Oh well, time to start looking for a better alternative.

Inappropriate?I have been a frequent user to Tatango and my clients are really responsive to the mass text messages but now dont want to put in the effort to go online to read them and found that the text messages are quite annoying. Some of my receivers are even paying for each text message that they are receiving and are complaining that they want to be taken off the receiving list because now to them the texts are useless. I think tatango will lose a lot of business because of this move because even my clients are now pressuring me to change providers.

Inappropriate?Thanks Derek for you response. I really thought tatango was supposed to be a way to send free text messages. If I wanted to pay for text messages I'd keep sending them through my phone, which is conveniently always with me and very easy to use.
Unfortunately, your service is no longer useful to me. I understand you have to stay in business and I wish you the best of luck.
