It doesn't work that way anymore. Your SMS is put on the web and a "link" is SMS'd to your group. They have to paste the "link" into a browser to get your original SMS message. It used to be a great service, but they ruined it.

I’m frustrated.

That is one of the methods to send a message, you can also upgrade your account and send messages directly to the phone. For more information check out our subscription plans here http://www.tatango.com/subscription/

I think Tatango is great either way. Web or direct from the phone, they get it done. Period.
