My photo is too big to upload. How do I resize it?

Follow the instructions on that page. At step 2, "Select New Maximum Image Dimension," select 350.
Ignore steps 3 and 4.
Click “Resize” and save your new photo to your hard drive. Try uploading this new photo. That should work! -

Inappropriate?On your computer, go to Programs – Accessories - Paint.
When on Paint go to Image - then go to Stretch / Skew picture. Once there use the Horizontal and Vertical percentage adjustments to get to the size you need. Good luck and have fun.

Just came across something that might be of use - a free program called VSO Image Resizer from www.vso-software.fr
In addition to resizing photos, you can change the compression/resolution ratio of a photo, and it works with RAW camera formats in addition to jpeg, gif and tiff files. I have not road-tested this program but thought it worth sharing.
