Heres some things that would make TBD a better place, IMO:
1. a chat feature
2. something that alerts us when friends are online
3. an easier way to search for friends of like interests, or in the same area

Inappropriate?Users should be able to filter member by geographic area. If someone is here for the purpose of dating then it is of little use to see people on the other side of the country. A filter by zip code would be ideal but by city or even state would be better than none at all.1 Comment

the ability to find members near you (by gender) exists: just go to the members link at the top of every page. The dropdown menu (default is "all members") will show the options, as long as you have entered your zip code into your profile. -
Inappropriate?Thanks for the feedback Tom. I responded to your point #3 in my response to Greg's comment.
On "online now" -- we get enough concern from members who DON'T want this feature, they want more privacy (and we need to keep our privacy settings simple and clear) that we are holding off at the moment.
Chat will be part of some new features we introduce (like a game)...but, again, overall chat functionality is not coming anytime soon.
