Usability
I suggest adding the link to Edit a task on the task name itself. I find it more usable that looking for the small "Edit" link under the task, to the right.

Inappropriate?I understand your point with the edit, but we cannot change the task name into a link, since the task may contain a link inside its description, so this will make the link inside unusable.
Also, I think it's a bit more unpleasant to copy text from the task description when this is a link.
