My blog isn't showing up on my profile page!
We are having some difficulty displaying some user profile data, including profile pictures and claimed blogs. You should be able to find your blog using Blog Search (or just go to technorati.com/blogs/<your>). We're working on getting the claims to appear properly on profile pages.</your>

Inappropriate? My profile picture is gone, my site information is gone, only one post is showing, without an image. My authority sank.
Help!
I’m frustrated!!
-
You've probably uploaded a new profile picture by now, but we're tracking that problem over at http://getsatisfaction.com/technorati... -
Inappropriate?I'm really upset. All of the sudden, my entire blog isn't showing up, I went from having an authority of over 100 to an authority of 0 (which I can only see if I sign in). In addition, I have no support team to contact to ask about these issues. ah!!!!!!!!
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate? Not only is my blog not showing up on my profile page, my blog isn't showing up at all, and the help sign-in doesn't recognize the email address that's attached to my profile, although I can log in elsewhere under my user name. What the heck??????
I’m annoyed and frustrated
-
Inappropriate?GetSatisfaction requires its own account, not your Technorati log in. I would like to change this in the future.
-
Inappropriate?Eric, thanks. I agree that it would be nice to change it because it's pretty confusing as the help links over from Technorati.
-
Inappropriate?you've probably seen this -- more information about authority & recent post display is at http://getsatisfaction.com/technorati...
-
It's appearing on my profile now. I think that's the only part working for me so far. It's a small but important improvement. -
Inappropriate? So this is why when I click on my name I can't find my information? No favorites? Etc? I wanted to favorite someone, was having trouble doing that and then realized I couldn't find my page with my faves on it.
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate? My site is gone and cannot even be found with a search. Both of the blogs I had claimed over a year ago are gone. Not in my profile, and cannot be found via a search.
This sad episode may very well delegate technorati to irrelevance. I manage 8 other blogs for various clients, and all of their blogs have disappeared as well, so this isn't any sort of isolated incident.
Ever heard of testing changes before turning your whole community into alpha (not even beta) testers?
I’m leaving

Inappropriate?Hi,
my Blog ( http://www.nowhereelse.fr ) was listed since 2007 and had a strong Authority but disappeared since your last update...
And now i can't claim it again...
What the heck is going wrong with Technorati?! -
Inappropriate? This "difficulty" seems to have been going on for quite some time. Two of my three previously claimed blogs are gone, and my efforts to submit new claims have been unsuccessful.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?@vjack... You are probably gonna get even more frustrated since when you tried to reclaim your blog you effectively put yourself at the end of the queue of all the sites still waiting to be added back in.
Still waiting for mine to be added back (glad I read the part that said "claiming the site again will make it take longer" before trying it), but I'm not too concerned as technorati never accounted for a significant amount of traffic for my site. -
Inappropriate?I tried to claim my blog again. That makes it take longer? Wow, technorati is dead to me.
I’m giving up.
-
Inappropriate?I've never gotten many hits either from here, so I'm not even going to worry about it. I've already shown the 8 other clients that they were getting minimal to non-existent traffic from here as well and they are all OK with just walking away.
The fact that techmoratty broke it, and that it has been broken for so long, and they haven't fixed it, is not a promising sign. I was going to put a frowny face at the bottom of this, but I just realized it is now a smiley face since I have one less thing times 9 to worry about, and one less thing to set up for future clients.
I’m Glad to say goodbye
-
Inappropriate?I claimed my new blog on October 28th and then clicked the link sent to my e-mail account. My blog name A Matter Of How You See It still isn't showing up when I do a search here and it's not in my profile either. What more do I need to do?
-
Hi Kalamarie,
Unfortunately, all you can do now is wait for your blog to make it's way through our claims processing & review, which currently is taking MUCH longer than it should. -
Inappropriate?I'm not sure where the rumor that "claiming the site again will make it take longer" came from, but it isn't true, so don't worry about that.
We are working hard to speed this up, but claims are still taking far, far too long to process.
I’m frustrated
-
Thank you for the response TechnoEric! The little things always help. Do you not have any way of giving priority to webmasters who are contacting you about this? -
Inappropriate? There's a lot of schmuck everywhere on this site cluttering it but you know what? If I can't find my blog, see if it's even claimed or get a decent overview of this place, what do I need Technorati for? This has got to be one of the most user-unfriendly places I've seen in a long while and quite frankly, I've tired of it already. It shouldn't have to take weeks for a claimed blog to just show up.
I’m irritated
-
Inappropriate?@TechnoEric, no matter what you say, this is an absolute cluster. Why in the world should I have to reclaim a blog that I claimed over two years ago? Why when I came here right after the big "redesign" and tried to find my blogs, and technorati said they couldn't find them and would contact me have they not contacted me?
8 blogs I manage plus my two are nowhere to be found and no response from technorati for a month now.
Why don't you just admit technorati is dead and pull the plug? It isn't fair to everyone for technorati to keep this lie going. -
Inappropriate?@rseven63, You shouldn't have to reclaim a blg you've already claimed. Did someone say you should have to?
As is probably obvious by now, this was a major rewrite, top to bottom, and portions of blog claiming is taking much longer than *anybody* would like, including you and @TechnoEric and me and probably lots of others.
It's obviously the key feature of Technorati.com for you and for many of the people posting here, so I'm sorry it's taking so long.
The entire site relaunch was less than a month ago, though, so I suspect it's the frustration speaking. I hear you, I'm frustrated too.
If you want to list the blog URLs about which you're concerned, that might help. Otherwise, I can only apologize for the delay, and counsel still more patience.

Inappropriate?@Phillip Winn, sorry, 21 days apparently. My problem is I have 8 clients who believed technorati was everything and all 8 came flying at me with multiple daily mega rants about not being on technorati anymore. It took me a couple days to put together the data from their stats to show them that technorati historically had been responsible for between 1 and 20 referrals for every 10,000 hits they received, so I have them settled down now and they are down to sending me an email or two per week asking about it.
My issue is that I'm in the middle of a big move and all this mucking around with technorati has put me about a week behind in getting everything packed and ready. I thought I had everything to a point were I would have at least a couple months with minimal web work so I could get moved and settled. Obviously, I was wrong.
I should have taken up plumbing.
The thing is though this is a really big screw up on technorati's part. I can't help but think there was no testing before this was rolled out or these issues would have been caught. -
Inappropriate?Cathodic have problems blog, in everlasting Exchange Templates, show category includes belowe in post, I solved, blog formatting, and get back on the blog if you so will appear click on Older post and will appear normal, and let those so after 10 min not walk to the blog and will remain there and so automatic

I’m amused
-
Inappropriate?Every time I update my user profile the info immediately disappears! This is extremely frustrating. My blog isn't listed either. Will this be fixed?
I’m confused
-
Edits to your personal user profile (such as your name) should be working fine, but blog info changes are not being reflected on the site. Please see http://getsatisfaction.com/technorati... for that issue. -
Inappropriate?I see that they say that even though they are not showing in the user acount, that it should show up elsewhere. But when I search my blog, Lux Iluminates, http://www.luxilluminates.com , nothing shows up. Hmm...
