Hi!
One month ago you said 'Currently, there is no expiration date on call credit you have purchased.' and now I found some changes in your rules. In your pricing and commercial principles there is a new thing - 'All prepaid credit purchased is valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.'
Would you be so kind to explain how it works.
After my first top-up I use your services and would like to add more money to my Telfree account. But according to your new conditions from my point of view if I won't spend the entire amount of my first top-up until the 6-month period exceeded and will top-up again then you will deduct the remaining amount of unused credit of my first top-up but will leave the credit of the next top-ups till the end of the next 6-month periods for each top-up.
Am I right?
Please, assist.
Thanks.

Hi, you are correct, all credit is spent on a first in first out basis, so the first amount is used before the second amount is used.
