Where did you download the application from?

Can you try deleting the application altogether from your phone.

Then downloading from - download.telfree.com from your phone's browser.

Hi, we will have to look deeper into the issue and get back to you once we have solved it. The application seems to work fine on all the E51s we have tested on, so hopefully its something that can be sorted fairly soon.

Hi, we are struggling to replicate the issue on a number of devices including the E51. Have you tried uninstalling the application completely before reinstalling. We will hopefully be able to replicate and repair this as soon as possible.

Could you maybe give me the exact firmware of the device you are using
