Hi Mirtma,
This means that the application is unable to find a network connection, could you please tell us which Windows Mobile phone you have and whether you are trying to use WiFi or your cellular internet connection?
I assume since you managed to get the application that you can browse the internet on your phone without any issues?
Thanks,

Hi,
Which country are you in and are you using Wifi or your mobile operator's 3G?

Hi,
I haven't traced any problems that could be causing you this issue as yet.
When connecting using Wifi, are you connected to your Wifi network before trying to log into Telfree?

I have the same problem I think on a Windows Mobile 5 smartphone (Orange SPV C100, HTC S310): could not connect to server, try again later, I see all the time this when I try to login from this application. I tried even to establish connection via USB internet from computer and its the same situation. I see also a WiFi connection (?) already established even before I try to login there and even if this phone (I dont see any WiFi on its menu except bluetooth). Instead, the same application works fine on a symbian Nokia E50. Thanks

Hi Sorin,
Unfortunately those phones you have mentioned - the Orange SPV C100 and the HTC S310, are not considered part of compatible phones list. The variations in Windows Mobile handsets does mean that we cannot support all.
Here is a list of compatible handsets for your reference: www.telfree.com/products/compatibilit...-
What about general Android phones, apparently the global leader in mobile OSs. My Samsung I9000 Galaxy-S will also not download. It is not on the compatible list, but is must be based on the previous Samsung I series??

Hi Vernon,
We do not support Android phones as yet.
I don't have a date for you, but will support it soon.
