Hi, we have had a look at the problem, and there was an issue with incomming calls to that number and some others, however the issue has been resolved. Are people able to reach you now?

No. The same problem, message voice telling that the number is not in service.

We do apologise for the inconvenience.

We have investigated further and been alerted to an additional requirement to activate this number. France does require those using our inbound numbers's to provide a proof of business or residential residence in order to use the number.

I understand that you were not expecting this, however we do not have much choice.

If you would like to proceed, please reply to this email with a scanned copy of a proof of residence or business in France. Please also indicate region of France you are in so we allocate the correct region.

If you are no longer interest, please advise, I we will refund your payment.

I have tried again and again, but it seem that there is no way to get the the inbound number in function.
In despite of this problem, your service still attractive, so if you can close the the inbound number service and transfer money to my credit or refund the payment, this will be a great service.
