No audio on Telfree Web

1. When i make a call, i can hear the person i call but he cant.
2. When somebody calls me, there is no ringing tone in my headset, and i cant hear the person.

    Hi there Joseph,

    I assume you are using Telfree Web from your computer.

    When you make calls from the web client (the first call each time you login session), you need to press the button the pops up requesting that you allow the application to use your computer's microphone and speaker. Do you think you did that?

    If you did press the 'Allow' button when you made (or received) a call, then please come back to me so I can investigate further.

    As for the issue about no ringing in your headset, I will need to come back to you about that.
